That's why at our company, we offer a 10-year parts and labour warranty on the chassis, 12-month parts and labour on the scooter and 6-month warranty on battery and charger for this product. While it covers you against mechanical or electrical failures, it does not protect you from damage resulting from user error, general wear and tear, accidental damage, malicious damage, or any modifications made to the product.
