This limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the battery for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. During this period, East Midlands Mobility will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective battery free of charge.

What is Covered:

This warranty covers defects such as premature capacity loss, failure to hold a charge, or any other issues resulting from manufacturing defects or faulty materials.

What is Not Covered:

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or any unauthorized modifications to the battery. It also does not cover damages resulting from improper charging methods or use of non-approved chargers.
