Delivery Information

At East Midlands Mobility Ltd, we offer FREE delivery by one of our friendly, trained staff within 60 miles of our showroom. Your mobility scooter or powerchair will be delivered ready-assembled, in perfect working condition, and ready for immediate use, which also means you don't need to worry about disposing of pallets or packaging.


Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date and time when you place your order. 


Our delivery service is available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. If you require a delivery outside of these hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 


Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.


Postage:


We offer FREE postage for smaller equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, rollators, commodes) and a small charge of £2.99 for small accessory orders to anywhere in the UK, which will be calculated at checkout. 


We only use reputable courier services to ensure that your order is delivered securely and on time. Postage times may vary depending on your location, and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order. If you require your order to be tracked or signed for, please let us know, and we will arrange this for you at an additional cost.
