Refund Policy


At East Midlands Mobility Ltd., we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In case you need to return a product, please read our Refund Policy carefully.


Eligibility for Refund


To be eligible for a return, the item you purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.


14-Day Returns Policy


According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price and postage and packaging charges made, within 14 working days after the date of delivery, if you change your mind about a purchase you made. However, please note that we will not refund the cost you incur in returning the item to us.


Faulty or Not as Described Items


If the item you purchased was faulty, did not work properly, or was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund. We may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.


Return Process


To return a physical product, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item. For non-physical products (such as a service), please contact us for further information about how to return them.


After we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment. Please note that if you purchased an item with a discount voucher, we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).


Sale Items


If you purchased an item in a sale, it may not be eligible for a refund if you change your mind. If you are in any doubt, please contact us before making the purchase.

If you haven't received a refund yet and we have informed you that we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received, and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take several days to credit your account.
