That's why we provide a 12-month warranty on the fabric, foam, cushions, remote control and 5-year warranty on the mechanism and motors for this product. This warranty covers any mechanical or electrical failure and manufacturer defects that may occur, giving you peace of mind that you're protected against unexpected costs.

However, it's important to note that our warranty is not a replacement for an insurance policy. While it covers you against mechanical and electrical failures including manufacturer defaults, it does not protect you from damage resulting from user error, general wear and tear, accidental damage, malicious damage, or any modifications made to the product.

What Does Our Warranty Cover?

If your product stops working due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.

What Is Not Covered Under Our Warranty?
